Property Maintenance Supervision
We ensure that your property is properly maintained to the standards you outline and that repairs are made on a timely basis and comply with all building codes.

Through effective marketing and leasing of your space, we strive to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Budgeting and Financial Reporting
We handle rent collection, deposits and bill payments. Property level bookkeeping is maintained along with providing monthly income, expense and occupancy statements.

Construction Supervision on all Renovation Projects
Whether it is a major renovation, construction project or tenant build-out, we provide project management and oversight starting with the bid process and hiring of contractors . We also make frequent job site inspections which are crucial to the completion of projects on time and on budget.

Insurance Review
Policies are reviewed to make sure that you have proper coverages and coverage limits in place and that all renewal dates are tracked. We work with your insurance agent to be sure that all premiums are analyzed and renewal bids solicited as appropriate.
